Book Three (right) was issued for Local Board No. 18-19-20 in Caddo Parish La to my gradmother Adelaide Jeter Dickson - housewife. Three complete pages remain - the 4th page is missing stamps 1, 2, 3, and 4. A second War Ration Book 3 is also found with the name Bennett Keth Dickson - my aunt - and youngest child in the family. It was also missing the first four stamps on page 4.
