I canoed with Nancy Jack. The weather was Cold -7 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit.

A trdition of the OWWC new year trip was a visit from Father Time. Rememberances of the year past and at midnight Father Time would get into his canoe and depart. Soon a canoe from up river would appear with the New Year Baby on board.

I was the New Year Baby for 1964.
